Good news! As announced by the Malaysian Government, Tourism Tax will be exempted for all arrivals from 1st July 2020 till 30th June 2021, while the exemption of Service Tax has been extended until 30th June 2021.
 

Effective 1st July 2020, facilities such as swimming pool, gym, spa, restaurants and meeting facilities are available and operating in accordance to the health & safety guidelines set forth by the Malaysian National Security Council.
 

In addition, we have implemented new cleanliness protocols and specific initiatives as part of our Clean & Safe Commitment to further enhance safety and minimize risk for our guests and associates.
