Flight Cancellation OR Changes to Flight Timing
At any time your booking has been made, we may change our flight time and/or cancel, divert, postpone, retime or delay any flight where we reasonably consider this to be justified beyond our control or for reasons of safety or commercial reasons.
In the event of such flight cancellation, we shall at our option, either:

• Rearrange earliest alternative flight by another airline via Kuala Terengganu Airport to Subang Airport or Seletar Airport without additional charge.
• Should there be any amendment on the travel date, the difference in price will be applicable on top of the existing fare.

Marine Park Conservation Fee
In conjunction of our government’s efforts to conserve marine life, a fee has been imposed which will be collected at Redang Airport and used towards management and maintenance of the Redang Island Marine Park in order to provide facilities and convenience to visitors.
